Safe Check-in is a smart, contactless digital register that allows visitors and employees to register easily, quickly and innovatively, without having to purchase additional devices.

QR Code
The system is designed to create a unique QR Code to be displayed at the company’s front desk or main entrance. This allows visitors to scan the code via their smartphones, enabling registration and collection of visit data (first name, last name, company they belong to, time of entry, and other pertinent details), quickly and efficiently.
How is data collecting done?
The visitor simply needs to scan the QR code with their smartphone and choose how to fill in the data.
Automatic compilation: with a Google or Apple account, data will be captured automatically;
Manual compilation: in this case the visitor will enter their data manually.
*Ifvisitors are unable to use their smartphones, registration can be done by the front desk, either through the web interface available or by providing visitors with a tablet to allow them to enter their data.
*Recording occurs only on the first input, subsequent inputs will be even faster.
